Alia Bonner El is the visionary founder of Charter Behavior Management, a pioneering behavioral health managed care organization dedicated to transforming lives through the assessment and treatment of complex behaviors. With her strong commitment to servant leadership and entrepreneurship, she is determined to make a profound difference for families raising children with challenging behaviors. Alia empowers these families to navigate the intricate journey of diagnosis and treatment.
As an inspiring international conference speaker, she champions key areas such as:
– Raising awareness of disparities in behavioral health, particularly in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for BIPOC communities.
– Researching disparity data to drive change.
– Disseminating evidence-based interventions that foster hope and healing.
