Alia is an executive board member with the Delaware Association For Behavior Analysis (DEABA).
Mrs. Bonner El has a long history of servant leadership and entrepreneurism. Her best work, however, is with families raising children with challenging behaviors and helping them navigate the complexities associated with diagnosis and treatment.
